The following positions are open:

Paralegal / Legal Consultant

• Review documents based on pre-defined categories for relevance and confidentiality.
  
• Flag questionably privileged documents for review by attorneys.
• Attend daily meetings and provide detailed updated on progress, issues and problems.
• Take direction from attorneys about case strategy and reviewing methodology
• Flag questionably privileged documents for review by attorneys.
• Prepare summaries of deposition transcripts and legal/financial documents.
• Examine documents, materials, and products, and monitor work processes, in order to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.

• Professional degree and license to practice law in foreign jurisdiction
• Membership in good standing in in a foreign jurisdiction
• Excellent typing and computer skills
• Fluency in English and experience in the British common law system
• Prior electronic review experience is a plus

Sales / Marketing Analyst

• Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives and market characteristics
• Coordinate and review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping.
• Coordinate and review activities in sales and service accounting and recordkeeping.
• Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics.
• Two years of relevant work experience in the field.

Programmer Analyst

• Measure and assess customer and employee satisfaction.
• Write, design, or edit web page content.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives and market characteristics
• Develop web site maps, images and HTML pages that meet project goals and user needs.
• Update and troubleshoot hosting and domain registration accounts.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Two years of relevant work experience in the field.
